Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-03

Arthema (arthema.co) is a project lab operated by Danny Viasus from Bogotá, Colombia. This policy explains what data this site collects, why, and how you can ask for it to be deleted.

What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email address, message, language and the IP address it was sent from (to prevent abuse). They are used solely to reply to you.
  • Language preference: a technical cookie called locale that remembers whether you prefer Spanish or English. It does not identify people and is not shared.
  • Server logs: the hosting provider (Vercel) and the delivery network (Cloudflare) keep temporary technical logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to operate and protect the service.

We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and we do not sell data to third parties.

Who it is shared with

Form messages are delivered by email through Resend and received in a Google Workspace account. Both act as data processors and do not use the data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept while the conversation lasts and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to support@arthema.co. We reply within a reasonable time and at no cost.

This site links to third-party projects and services (GitHub, dannyviasus.com and others). Each has its own privacy policy.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
