Project lab · Bogotá
We build our own products, not campaigns for others.
Arthema is a lab: we state a hypothesis, build the smallest thing that tests it, launch it with a domain, payments and metrics from day one, and let the data decide whether it grows, pivots or gets archived.

A lab, not an agency
The difference isn't size. It's who takes the risk.
That's why we don't take briefs or quote development work. We do collaborate with teams that want to adopt, integrate or co-develop something that came out of the lab.
Projects
What's on the table
Every project carries an honest status. Production means it is used and paid for today. Public means anyone can install it. Exploration means code exists, but a decision doesn't yet.

Method
Four steps, always the same
- 01
Detect
A real problem that already affects us or that we see up close. We look at market, distribution and why nobody has solved it well.
- 02
Prototype
Weeks, not months. The minimum that lets people actually use the product and shows what happens.
- 03
Launch
Domain, payments, email, analytics and SEO from day one. A project you can't use and pay for isn't launched.
- 04
Measure and decide
With data and on fixed dates: continue, pivot or archive. Archiving is a result too.
Principles
How we work
- 01
Products you can use today
Publishing is part of the work. Nothing lives only in a repository.
- 02
Small, explainable software
We prefer a few pieces we understand over many that depend on luck.
- 03
AI as a tool, not a promise
We use it where it shortens the path and can be measured. We don't sell it as magic.
- 04
Spanish first, bilingual always
Built in Colombia for Latin America, and in English for the rest of the world.
- 05
Owners of the stack
Domain, data, payments and email under our control. No middleman can switch a project off.
- 06
Learning in public
We share method, mistakes and numbers when they are useful to someone else.
Who is behind
Danny Viasus, founder
Software developer and author. He writes teaching novels about money, crypto and artificial intelligence, and builds the tools to publish, sell and measure them.
Arthema is where those two callings meet: digital products of our own, built from Bogotá, in Spanish and English.
