Financial certainty before commitment: real prequalification for buying a home in Latin America.
Hypothesis: in Latin America people find out whether they can buy a home far too late, after negotiating, when the bank says no. An honest prequalification done before falling for a property saves months and disappointment.
Status: in exploration. The prequalification flow and data model are being validated.
