Multilingual AI phone calls for businesses: knowledge isolated per customer, appointment booking and payment inside the same call.
Hypothesis: a small business loses sales through calls it doesn't answer. A voice agent that knows only that business's information (RAG isolated per tenant), books and charges without hanging up can recover a good share.
Status: in exploration. Multi-tenant architecture defined; voice providers and per-minute costs under evaluation.
